Admissibility Hearings

Immigration Lawyer in Surrey

If a non-citizen is declared “inadmissible”, the Immigration Division conducts admissibility hearings to determine the allegation. If found inadmissible, a removal order will be issued; however, a determination of inadmissibility can be appealed, with exceptions, to the Immigration Appeal Division.

We can also assist individuals with applications to defer removals and motions to stay a removal order.
